Terms and conditions of use
- Unless otherwise specified, all content, as well as technical and designer solutions applied to the content of the BHWOODEX portal, are the property of BHWOODEX.
- BHWOODEX reserves the right to amend the content and conditions of use of the portal.
- BHWOODEX exist solely as a service that offers information, and cannot be held accountable for any transactions between subscribers.
- The subscriber who offers information and makes it available on the BHWOODEX portal is responsible for the content and authenticity of the said information.
- The subscriber must also guarantee that all the submitted announcements, advertising material and other information are the property of the subscriber, and that he/she has the right to use the said information.
- The purchased advertising space cannot be ceded to third parties for use, unless other agreements with the BHWOODEX portal pertain.
- The subscriber must guarantee that he/she will not display any indications, logos, advertisements and promotional material pertaining to third parties, unless other agreements pertain with the BHWOODEX portal. Should this be violated, the BHWOODEX portal reserves the right to remove the said information without prior announcement.
- The client/subscriber shall use his/her username and password solely in personal transactions and shall not distribute this information to third parties.
- Should any announcement or advertising material fail to comply with the technical specifications that are part of these Terms and Conditions, or should the involved content be unsuitable or illegal, the BHWOODEX portal reserves the right not to publish the said information.
- Complaints to reclaim a published announcement will be accepted only in writing, submitted by post/fax/email, and no later than three (3) days from the day the announcement was published.
- In the case that the BHWOODEX portal is responsible for the errors causing the reclamation, the client/subscriber shall be allowed to re-post the amended announcement/advertisement with no additional charge.
- If the error arose due to objective limitations in the medium as such, or due to errors made by the client/subscriber in preparing the advertisement, reclamations/complaints will not be taken into consideration.
- Fees and advertising charges are paid in advance after an invoice is issued. The BHWOODEX portal will activate the requested services within one working day from the day payment for the service is received to the indicated account.
- The BHWOODEX portal shall protect the privacy of subscriber information, and shall ensure a high level of security and confidentiality of the information entered during the use of the portal's services.
- The BHWOODEX portal shall not give insight to third parties, nor allow their use of any personal details submitted during subscription, entered either in the biographies or in the announcement submitted.
- User profiles can contain personal information, but their display can be prevented. If the display of personal information is switched off, such information will not be made available when searching the portal. Information entered during subscription will be available only to other subscribed users, whose access to the portal is allowed after a fee is paid to our deposit account, during which process their real identity is verified.
- The BHWOODEX portal can gather anonymous information pertaining to visitors to the website (IP addresses, operative systems, pages viewed etc.), and use the collected information for its own marketing activities, or to enhance its services, but will not deliver any such information to third parties. The information will, if need arises, be included in statistical overviews on BHWOODEX web pages.
- The BHWOODEX portal reserves the right to use the information given during subscription for the purposes of sending email notifications to subscribers.
- The BHWOODEX portal is the property of the StrikConsulting Company of Sarajevo. Accordingly, jurisdiction over any disputes is given to the Court of Sarajevo.
